Northern Beaches Roof Repair

What a dreadful week everybody has had this week.

With continuous rainfall, severe floods in some areas, trees falling almost everywhere, our phone has been ringing off the hook.

We have got through very little roof repairs this week thanks to the wild weather and are now working as quickly as we can to get through the backlog of leaking roofs.

Last week we completed a roof repair for a builder that we actually do a lot of work for. We have a couple of builders on our books that we have been working with for a number of years, that prefer to use southern cross roofing for any of their roof repairs and new roofs.

This one was a leaking roof in Beacon Hill. We pulled off the small gusset over the front door, fixed new sarking and new tiles. We bed and pointed the existing caps back in place. We removed and disposed of existing valley irons and used salvaged tiles to fix up valley cuts to remaining valley irons.

There you have another leaking roof repaired.

I now have a huge pile of quotes to get through as soon as this rain stops and therefore plenty more roof repairs to schedule in. I have an eager team of roofers and materials for our next roof repairs waiting to get started. Here’s hoping for some sunshine to dry up all this rain and get these leaking roofs repaired.
