Epping Skylight

Last week we replaced a leaking skylight in Epping.

This is a repeat customer and in fact a strata management, for a unit block.

We have done some repairs and maintenance for other units in this block before and at the time of fixing this leak we have quoted for another unit in the same block, that they have also now accepted.

Removal and installation of the velux skylight was fairly straight forward, and on completion has solved the problem leak.

Moving into this week took us back to, beautiful Wahroonga and a metal roof replacement. A builder, that we have done some work for in the past, actually recommended us to this customer.

There was a section of roof with a leak so the roof sheets in that area were removed, we replaced the broken batten and fixed the sheets back in place.

The roof also needed parts of the gutter replacing and some downpipes.

The older section of the garage roof we also replaced with new metal roof sheets.

This customer had three separate issues with his roof, and that is the beauty of Southern Cross Roofing, we are fully trained, qualified and competent in all areas of roofing, and were therefore able to fix all leaks and problems at once.

Weather has been fantastic and allowed us to get through a fair few jobs, although not looking so good for next week.
